Business Development & Partnerships Lead

A senior, pipeline-owning role — not a junior sales seat. You'll own our business development pipeline end to end: spotting opportunities before they go public, shaping the bid, and closing the win. You'll work closely with leadership and delivery to convert relationships and intelligence into signed contracts and custom-designed projects.

What you'll do

• Build and maintain a live, qualified pipeline across donors, government, primes, corporates and private clients — knowing what's coming before it's published.
• Monitor procurement channels (PPRA, donor and prime portals, UNGM, DevelopmentAid) and cultivate relationships that surface opportunities early, at the concept-note and TOR-shaping stage.
• Lead capture planning and bid/no-bid decisions, assemble consortia and partnerships, and drive technical and financial proposals to submission.
• Proactively pitch and sell our trainings, corporate-innovation work and custom projects to corporates and institutions, building a direct commercial revenue stream.
• Sell our five service lines and platform sponsorships (WECON, League of Launchers, Startup.pk, PitchFest, the NICs).
• Translate client problems into bespoke, fundable project scopes alongside the delivery team.
• Own revenue and pipeline targets, keep the CRM honest, and report to leadership.

What you'll bring

• 5+ years in business development — ideally development sector, the entrepreneurship/innovation ecosystem, or management/training consultancy.
• A demonstrable win record (RFPs/tenders won, contracts brought in — with numbers).
• TOR-to-award fluency and command of procurement rules (e.g. PPRA, donor procurement).
• An active network across donors, primes, government and Pakistan's startup ecosystem — and the ability to open doors quickly.
• Strong proposal and writing skills; self-directed and target-driven.
• Bachelor's (Master's preferred) in business, development studies or a related field.

Incubation Officer

You'll help run our incubation programs day to day — making sure startups get the support, resources and connections they need to grow.

What you'll do

• Assist in the execution and management of incubation programs, ensuring startups receive the support and resources they need.
• Monitor the progress of incubated startups and provide regular updates and feedback to improve performance.
• Organise and facilitate workshops, training and networking events that help startups grow.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to connect startups with investors, mentors and industry experts.
• Support the day-to-day operations of the incubation program, ensuring smooth and efficient delivery.

Program Manager — Micro-Entrepreneurship

You'll lead the design and delivery of our micro-entrepreneurship programs, supporting micro, home-based and small business owners to build and grow.

What you'll do

• Lead the design, execution and management of micro-entrepreneurship programs, aligned with community needs and project objectives.
• Oversee the onboarding, assessment and capacity-building of micro and home-based entrepreneurs, freelancers and small business owners.
• Coordinate training modules, exposure visits, mentorship and market-linkage initiatives to support participant growth.
• Build partnerships with local chambers, small-industry groups, women-led communities, youth organisations and trade associations.
• Track participant progress, business improvements and outcomes, ensuring accurate reporting and timely interventions.
• Manage field operations, community outreach drives and stakeholder coordination to expand the program's footprint.

What you'll bring

• Bachelor's/Master's in business, development, economics or a related field.
• 3–5 years managing entrepreneurship, livelihoods, SME or community-development programs.
• Proven experience running training/mentorship initiatives and managing field teams.
• Strong partnership-building and reporting skills.

Community Manager

You'll build and energise our community of startups, micro-entrepreneurs, mentors and partners — keeping people engaged, connected and supported.

What you'll do

• Build and manage a vibrant community of startups, micro-entrepreneurs, mentors and industry partners.
• Plan and execute community activities such as meetups, networking sessions, workshops and peer-learning events.
• Maintain continuous communication with incubatees, ensuring engagement, satisfaction and inclusion.
• Develop partnerships with local associations, universities and youth/industry groups to expand outreach.
• Manage digital community channels (WhatsApp groups, forums, email lists) for daily interaction and support.
• Gather community feedback to identify challenges and propose improvements that strengthen engagement.

What you'll bring

• Bachelor's degree in communications, marketing, social sciences or a related field.
• 2–4 years in community management, engagement or events.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, online and offline.

Graphic Designer

You'll own the visual identity of our programs — designing everything from social media to pitch decks — and help startups look their best too.

What you'll do

• Create branding materials, social media graphics, pitch decks and event designs.
• Support startups in designing promotional materials.
• Maintain visual identity guidelines across programs.
• Collaborate with media teams on campaigns and storytelling collateral.

What you'll bring

• Degree/diploma in graphic design, or an equivalent portfolio.
• 2+ years of design experience with a strong portfolio.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) and/or Figma.
• An eye for brand consistency, layout and typography.

Video Maker

You'll capture and tell our story on camera — events, success stories and campaigns — from shoot to final cut.

What you'll do

• Record and edit video content for events, workshops, success stories and social media.
• Maintain multimedia archives and produce highlight reels.
• Support storytelling campaigns for startups and initiatives.
• Coordinate with marketing teams on scripted and conceptual video projects.

Finance Officer

A junior finance role — fresh graduates welcome. You'll keep our finances accurate and on track, from daily vouchers to monthly reports.

What you'll do

• Prepare daily transactional vouchers and process them after approvals.
• Prepare tax documents and assist in preparing the balance sheet.
• Enter financial data into the system and keep financial records up to date.
• Assist in creating cost-analysis reports for other departments.
• Assist with the preparation of monthly financial reports.
• Track accounts payable and accounts receivable.

What you'll bring

• Bachelor's in accounting, finance or commerce (ACCA/CA part-qualified a plus).
• Fresh graduates welcome; any finance/accounts exposure (internships included) is a plus.
• Working knowledge of accounting software and MS Excel.

Center Admin

A senior operations role. You'll run the center end to end — operations, supplies, records, vendors and coordination — and be the person everyone relies on to keep things running.

What you'll do

• Oversee daily operations of the center and maintain accurate HR records.
• Address and resolve complaints professionally and courteously.
• Ensure availability of office supplies by monitoring inventory and restocking as needed.
• Work with vendors to maintain adequate supply levels at all times.
• Occasionally travel off-site to deliver reports or files to other departments.
• Ensure the confidentiality and security of files and filing systems.
• Coordinate schedules, arrange meetings, and distribute memos and reports.
• Keep everyone current on necessary company news and information.

Network & IT Specialist

You'll keep our network, systems and devices running and secure across the center.

What you'll do

• Proactively identify changes required to ICT network, telecommunications and network-security systems.
• Ensure installation, integration, testing and maintenance of ICT network and telecommunications systems.
• Manage security systems, IT asset management and configuration.
• Liaise with line management, service-delivery teams and the service desk so all changes are communicated and understood.
• Handle other day-to-day IT duties assigned by management.

What you'll bring

• Bachelor's in computer science, IT or a related field.
• Fresh graduates welcome; any networking/IT support exposure (internships included) is a plus.
• Familiarity with networking, security and IT asset management; relevant certs (CCNA/CompTIA) a plus.
