WECON Tribe November 2024 delivered the largest single-day mentorship throughput in WECON's history — 170+ women founders matched with operators, mentors, and skill clinics across one tightly-orchestrated day in Islamabad.
The format
Most "mentorship days" produce a handful of meaningful conversations and a lot of polite networking. Tribe was built differently. Pre-event matching paired each founder with mentors relevant to her stage and sector. Skill Clinics ran in parallel — short, intensive sessions on the things founders ask in DMs but rarely get structured help on. Tribe Mentorship rotations gave each woman multiple operator conversations in a single afternoon.
The choreography
Throughput at this scale doesn't happen by accident. Logistics, time-boxing, mentor briefing, and follow-up infrastructure were all engineered upfront. Mentors arrived prepped with the founder's stage and ask. Founders arrived knowing who they were meeting and why. The day ran on rails — by design.
The outcomes
170+ women received structured mentorship in one day — the most WECON has ever delivered in a single sitting. Skill Clinic outputs went home with founders. Operator-to-founder matches generated follow-on conversations that continued past the event.
